Code Breaker is a strategic board game centered on logic and deduction. It is designed to be played by two participants in distinct roles: the encoder and the decoder.
The game's premise is based on a set of rules outlined as follows:
- The encoder selects a confidential arrangement of 4 colors from a pool of 6 options and arranges them on a platform.
- The decoder's objective is to unveil the secret combination by proposing various arrangements of 4 colors on a separate platform.
- Following each attempt, the encoder reveals the number of correctly positioned colors and the number of colors that exist within the secret combination but are incorrectly placed.
- To emerge triumphant, the decoder must disclose the concealed combination within a specified number of attempts, typically limited to 12 tries, with each color being deployable only once.
- The decoder attains victory upon unraveling the secret combination before exhausting all attempts; otherwise, victory goes to the encoder.
